Honored that Sh. Manoj Sinha, Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir kindly accepted my request for appointment on a short notice. I was call for a meeting yesterday i.e. on 11 March 2023 at Raj Bhawan, Kashmir.
